Dr. Megan Perea received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science at California State University. Dr. Perea then attended Midwestern Arizona College of Optometry where she earned her doctoral degree in Optometry. Her externships were completed at Fort Carson Army Base in Colorado Springs, Komatke Health Center in Laveen Arizona and Eye Associates of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Dr. Perea is originally from New Mexico and moved to California to complete her undergrad. Dr. Perea and her husband, who was raised in El Centro, have enjoyed moving to Yuma and starting her career at Corona Optique.
She spends her free time enjoying her family, awesome dog and three mischievous cats. She loves building awe-inspiring Lego creations and displaying them in a dedicated room at her home.
